The Value of YPODs

People often ask me what the purpose of the Young Professionals of Durango is. The answer is simple. We want to build a community of young people in Durango so young professionals feel socially connected, empowered to grow in their careers, and engaged with the broader community. We don't cater to a specific industry because all are welcome. If you work in the trades or in the service industry, that counts as professional, too.

​If you're a remote worker looking to meet others in the community, come to one of our social events which take place every fourth Wednesday of the month. Level up your professional skills at a workshop or educational events. And make a difference in the community by volunteering at a philanthropic event.
