Advertising, Exposure and Publicity
Everybody knows that the key to a successful business is marketing. If nobody knows about your business, then customers will not know where to go. The Durango Chamber of Commerce offers many outlets for its members to gain exposure for their business and services. From referrals to business card representation in the Durango Visitors Center, the Chamber works to publicize its members.
- Billboard and Button Ads
Thousands of people navigate to the Chamber’s
web site every year in search of relocation, tourism

for website advertising start at $90 semi-annually
and go up to $300 semi-annually. See

New Member Expo
Also held in conjunction with Business After Hours, the New Member Expo provides the opportunity for new members of the Chamber to display their products and services to the business community. This event is made even more special by our annual "American Idol" advertisitng competition in which new members compete "American Idol" style for thousands of dollars in local advertising. Durango is full of many creative individuals so this event is always a fun and entertaining way to learn about new businesses in our area.
